Practice Emphasis

Ms. Armstrong represents companies (domestic and international), academic institutions, and individuals around the world in obtaining employment-based and family-based temporary visas, permanent residency, and naturalization, and provides advice and training to employers regarding compliance with federal immigration laws.

 

Ms. Armstrong also regularly represents business clients in multiple areas of general and complex business matters, including employment law defense, employee handbooks, workplace harassment and other workplace policies, employee claim prevention, and workplace training.  She also routinely handles federal and state trademark and copyright registrations.
