Whether you are just starting your business, expanding operations in your region, or managing international operations, Armstrong Law is ready to assist you with your immigration, employment, and intellectual property legal needs.

Armstrong Law represents businesses and individual foreign nationals in the complex immigration process, including employment-based temporary and permanent residency, family and marriage-based permanent residency, and naturalization.  We routinely represent health care organizations and universities in filling their critical needs for health care workers, researchers, professors, and other staff.  This may include filing employers' labor certifications and immigrant petitions for alien workers. In addition, we assist foreign nationals in adjustment of status or consular processing as may be required.  We also regularly represent foreign nationals in obtaining permanent residency through family-based relationships, including permanent residency based upon marriage to a U. S citizen. We can also assist permanent residents in the final steps of the immigration process once they become eligible for naturalization.

Armstrong Law also represents businesses and their owners in various matters throughout the business life cycle, including developing employment policies and responding to employment-related claims, protection of intellectual property (trademarks, service marks, and copyrights), corporate compliance, including compliance with evolving immigration laws in the employment context, including compliance with federal I-9 laws, E- Verify, and other related requirements.

We recognize our responsibilities to the business world extend beyond our doors. We are active participants in service to our community, including a number of civic and non-profit organizations in our region.  We are active members of the Chamber of Commerce of West Alabama, an organization that seeks to grow and prosper business in our community.  We are also active business advocates for various industry-specific and issue-specific concerns.
